Welcome to Tonnex Reseller Rewards PLUS, the second installment of the Tonnex Reseller Rewards Program. Like last year, every dollar you spend in the program will earn you rewards points. You can then use these points to redeem your choice of our fantastic rewards available on-line at www.tonnex.com.au. This year for existing and new members alike – we have some great new rewards and plenty of extra bonuses available. Quite simply, more rewards, more bonuses, more for you!

What can I earn?

You will earn 2 points per dollar on all purchases from Tonnex International. Your reward points can be redeemed anytime from a huge range of rewards. Bonus points will also be available throughout the campaign, for all kinds of things! Click here to login and view your points

Registration Bonus – 1,000 points

For new members who register on-line we will kick-start your account with 1,000 bonus points just for registering!

Existing Member Login – 1,000 points

Birthday Bonus – Triple Points

Nominate your birthday (no need to tell us the year!) and on that day (or if applicable, next business day) you will receive triple points.

Monthly Website Quiz – 1,500 points

Each month we will have a quiz question on our website homepage. Simply contact us; let us know the correct answer and you will receive 1,500 bonus points! How easy is that.

Referral Bonus – 4,000 Points

Refer another reseller to Tonnex and when they place their 1st order on the program, you receive 4,000 bonus points.

Account Bonus – 1,000 Points

Pay your account within 21 days OR setup a direct credit card charge for the end of the statement period to receive 1,000 bonus points every month you use this service

Where do I begin?

You must register to begin earning reward points, click here to complete your registration on-line. Registration is also available by faxing a registration to our Reseller Rewards hotline on 03 8645 3899.

How can I keep track of my points?

We will send you a points summary each month by email or regular post.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?

To redeem your points simply login to our reward store and follow the link to the rewards page and you can redeem your points online. Rewards can also be ordered by faxing a redemption form to Tonnex Reseller Rewards on 03 8645 3899 (redemption forms can be supplied by request - Freecall 1800 866 639 for your redemption form)

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

What can I earn?

You will earn a minimum of 2 points per dollar on all purchases from Tonnex. Your reward points can be redeemed anytime from a huge range of rewards. PLUS if you register during the month and have already placed an order with us in that same month, we will give you points on that purchase! For example, you place a $3,000 order on the 11th of March and register for Reseller Rewards on the 20th of March; you will still earn 2 points per dollar for your 11th of March order.

I am already registered for the old program, do I have to re-register?

No. To make it easy, all existing members can login to the new program with the same username and password.

I still have points in my existing Reseller Rewards account – can I use them in the new program?

The existing Reseller Rewards program was administered externally and as Reseller Rewards PLUS is a new program, operated solely by Tonnex, we do need all existing points to be redeemed under the original program. You will receive your January statement in early February and then have until the 1st of March to make your final redemption.

All un-redeemed points will expire on the 2nd of March. However, for all members who make full redemptions but still have a few points left over (less than 8,000 points) we will roll them over to the new program, free of charge.

How do I redeem my points in the old program, but still check out the new program website?

While we are still receiving reward claims until the 1st of March, we will run 2 separate websites. On the Tonnex homepage at www.tonnex.com.au you will see two web buttons – one for Reseller Rewards and another for Reseller Rewards PLUS, simply click the desired button to be directed to the selected campaign login page.
