About the Tonnex MyCard
The Tonnex MyCard is an Eftpos Gift Card that you can use to make purchases wherever Eftpos is accepted, giving you the freedom to choose how and when you want to reward yourself.
Tonnex MyCard is not a replacement to the Tonnex Reseller Rewards program, but rather a promotional prize that we will use from time to time as an added bonus on top of earning Reseller Reward Points for every dollar you spend with us.
- The Tonnex MyCard is able to be used anywhere EFTPOS is accepted*
- To use the card simply present it at any store that accepts EFTPOS, swipe the card, select savings and enter your 4 digit PIN.
- Card cannot be used at ATM's to withdraw cash.

Tonnex MyCard Terms & Conditions
1. Gift Cards will be issued to qualifying customers at the completion of the promotional period. For security reasons, your Tonnex MyCard is issued deactivated. To have your gift card activated, please email your CTCODE and Tonnex MyCard Number to mycard@tonnex.com.au. Tonnex International make every endeavour to ensure cards are dispatched and activated in a timely manner.
2. Gift cards expire 12 months from date of activation. Expiry date can be found by visiting www.giftcardplanet.com.au. If you do not activate your card within 12 months of date of issue your card will expire.
3. Any fringe benefits tax liability or any Commonwealth, State, or other taxes imposed as a result of this gift card shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient, and not that of Tonnex International. Recipients of gift cards should seek their own taxation advice on this matter.

5. If a Gift Card is lost or stolen and a new card needs to be issued, a $10 card cancellation fee will occur and will be taken from the balance on the newly issued gift card.
